It’s been almost a month since the quarantine started in the UK and I am starting to run out of ideas and activities to do. I’ve done some research and found quite a few really fun online activities to do from home, and most of them are free.
You just need your laptop, a glass of wine and time, but I know you have a lot of it now.
-Stream your favorite Broadway shows at home.
-Take a tour of the most famous museums around the world.
-Witness the Winchester Mystery House in California.
-Have a look around the famous royal British palaces.
-Or just sneak inside Prince Charles’ residence.
-Head to the Metropolitan Opera House for a nightly performance.
-Tour Tate Modern’s Andy Warhol exhibit.
-Watch a musical performance at the Sydney Opera House.
Explore the wonders of the world
-See the Japanese cherry blossoms around the world.
-Hike the Grand Canyon National Park in Arizona.
-Walk around the most iconic cities, from Paris to Tokyo.
-Surround yourself with green energy at the Claude Monet’s Garden in Giverny, France.
-Live-stream the Aurora Borealis.
-Visit the world’s most famous monuments – The Colosseum, Catacombs of Paris, The Great Wall of China, Machu Picchu, Palace of Versailles… leave a comment if you can’t find the link to the monument you want;)
-Have a viewing party with your friends on Netflix.
-Take a family virtual art class together – minimal paint supplies are required.
-Conduct a science experiment with your family.
-Make time to video call your loved ones.
-While video calling, turn your room into your favorite TV show set.
–Send puppy videos to someone.
-Play a good game of Cards Against Humanity.
-Listen to your favourite celebrities reading favorite kids’ books.
-Travel to Hogwarts with this Harry Potter Escape Room.
-Visit zoos and aquariums.

-Learn how to sharpen your puzzle skills – then do one!

-Enroll in Hogwarts and take magic-focused classes.
