Am I the only one that can’t stop re-organising and decorating everything in this quarantine? AM I? Well, if you’re just like me you’re going to love this organization hacks you need to know post.
Uni houses are – usually – not massive so being smart on how to organise all your stuff is a must. I’m going to share with you some really useful hacks I used.
1- Containers!
This not only is going to help you keep everything tidy but it’ll make it LOOK tidy as well, which prevents me from losing my mind. Instead of just throwing everything in drawers, keep it in their place with this. You can buy them here.

2- Fold and roll
I remember the day my boyfriend found all his boxers rolled in a box on a shelf. He wasn’t happy with me over-organising everything and now I catch him rolling his underwear too.
This is going to save you a lot of room and you’ll be able to see all your clothes and pick them without destroying the whole closet. You can also use storage baskets to separate different types of clothes.

3- Towel racks
You’re going to save an insane amount of space with this. This will give you more room for clothes😉 in your closet. Get it here.

4. Use Magazine File Holders for Storage
Magazine holders are perfect to store canned food. You can find them in different designs and materials and even label them. This will save you a lot of room in your cupboards.

5- Space-Saving Canisters
From your bathroom to your kitchen this canisters are the best. Remove the sugar, flour, pasta, etc out of their big boxes and store them in canisters. This is also perfect if you’re trying to go Zero Waste!

6- Containers in the fridge
This is really similar to the canisters but you’ll need different shaped containers to storage the food in your fridge. If you are sharing fridge with your flatmates this gets even better.

7- Wall shelves
I have a million brushes -or more- and not even the containers were making the situation easier. This was life-changing for my bathroom.

8- Organise your shoes
I’m not even kidding when I say I have about 80 pairs of shoes. How do I organise them? Well, I have two different groups: winter and summer. Then I separate party or formal shoes from day-to-day shoes from sneakers.
And, of course, a shoe cabinet. I would genuinely die without it.

This organization hacks you need to know made a huge difference in my room and my life!
