One of the best ways to motivate myself about doing exercise is getting new workout clothes, I know it’s not the best but it works for me. It took me a while to find the best activewear, my leggings used to break quite easily and I didn’t want to spend hundreds on my sets.
These brands have different price ranges but most of the pieces are under $50.
I was hesitant with Shein at the beginning. At the end of the day you get what you pay for, but I was really surprised with the quality of some of the clothes. I’ve got some of their pieces for a long time and they look and feel just as good as when I got them. If you don’t want to spend much on your clothes but still want them to be nice and comfortable, you’ll love them.
Fabletics are one of the top activewear brands right now. They are quite pricey but always have discounts and they have a really good offer when you register for the first time. You get points when you buy that turn into discounts which is cool. I got my first set when I registered (two leggings for £27) over 3 years ago and they still look brand new.
This brand is a must if you are into weightlifting or bodybuilding. They adapt extremely well and are amazing for squats and deadlifts. The long sleeve tops are really comfy and the fabric is just insane. I think their prices are amazing for the quality of the products. Definitely worth giving a shot.
4. Oh Polly
In terms of tops and bras, Oh Polly is my go-to activewear brand. I haven’t tried their leggings and shorts but I’ve loved what I’ve tried so far. Their bras are adjustable which I haven’t found in other brands and their colour palettes are lovely.
I fell in love with Aerie for their body-positive message. It’s an inclusive brand that we all can relate to and I miss that in a lot of brands. Sometimes it’s hard to find your perfect fit if you don’t have a “standard” body and they are working really hard to achieve that.
I discovered doyoueven thanks to David. He is a huge fan of their male range, and if a personal trainer has a favourite brand it’s usually for a reason. Their hoodies are perfect for winter or outdoor workouts and their bras are really comfortable as well.
All of these activewear brands and workout clothes are amazing and I highly recommend all of them. We all have different needs but I am sure you will find what you’re looking for within these lovely brands.
